Music
Create Task 43-60
Task - At the end of the story we discover Scott has feelings for Martha. Pick a song you think reflects their relationship and write an explanation of why you picked it. It could be a romantic, happy or sad song, what is important is why you think it is like Scott and Martha.
I choose this song because when Scott found out that Martha was leaving, that's when he knew he liked her very much.

Friend Wanted
Creative tasks 31-42
In English, we've been working on our novel study and my task was to choose one of the creative tasks and post it in our blog. We had to create a ‘Wanted’ poster for a friend that includes the characteristics that Martha need for a friend.

Recycled paper
In textiles, we made recycled paper using magazines, newspaper and white paper. You can also scent it or adding some flower petals. In mine, I added blue onto it to give it a color. We used a video to help us make it and we did some research. It turns out really good but the color when brighter as usual.
How is Paper made?
In class, we were planning to make recycled paper. Our task was to research about papermaking and to find what's positive, minus(-), and interesting about it.
Distillation Experiment
Aim: Separate the solute from solvent in coke.
Hypothesis: I think the coke will change its color.
Equipment: A solution of saltwater, conical flask, heatproof mat, a delivery tube, bung, Bunsen burner, tripod. gauze mat, retort stand, boss head and clamp, boiling tube.
Method:
1) Set up the equipment as shown in the diagram.
2) Add approximately 50 ml of saltwater to your conical flask.
3) Light your Bunsen burner. Open the air hole and gently push the Bunsen burner under the tripod.
4) Heat the solution until most of the solvent has been evaporated. Turn off your Bunsen burner.
Results/Observation:
When the coke was heated, the liquid evaporated leaving the solute behind.
Conclusion: My hypothesis said ' I think the coke will change its color' but I was wrong. When it started boiling, the sugar began to appear instead of changing color.
Discussion: In my group, we used the normal coke which made the solid to appear and the solvent to turn into gas. But in the other group, they had liquid left instead of solute(the solid part).
Evaluation: My experiment was very successful and I think next time I could probably use a different coke instead of using the normal one.
